Preorder mechanics and the stuff people actually want to know.
How do preorders work?
You place your preorder and your bag is secured with your 1 of 1 batch number on it. Your card won't be charged when you place your preorder. You're charged only when your pack is pulled from the shelf to be boxed up and shipped. We'll email you along the way so you're always in the loop.
When does it ship?
Shipping begins November 1, 2026, you'll have your pack in time for the start of the season. Plus, we'll keep you in the loop through email every step of the way as we get your pack to you.
Sizing?
The ASCNT is one size with four adjustable buckle points which make it incredibly versitile. We've tested it on a wide range of people and body types and if you're anywhere from 5'4" to 6'6" we're confident it'll fit you. It fits over a shell, a puffy, or both. Plus, if you have any issues you've got a month to return, no questions.
Can I return it?
30 days, no questions, easy. Life's too short for gear regret anyway.
After the 30 days?
We're working on a full warranty and repair program at the moment for the packs (looking into local Fort Collins repair shops to partner with, stay tuned for news about that). Nothing is set it stone yet, but if you've got an issue with your ASCNT reach out to us at info@chair1packs.com and we'll work with you to figure it out.
